For most projects, we can give you a rough budget range over the phone in about 15 minutes. A real itemized estimate usually involves a site visit and lands in your inbox within a week. Bigger whole-home jobs can take a little longer because we get sub-pricing locked in before we send anything.

For most projects, yes. We dust-wall the work zone, keep dust out of the rest of the house, and set up clear paths for you to come and go. For whole-home remodels or projects without a working kitchen or bathroom, we'll talk through what makes sense.

We use a milestone schedule tied to actual progress: typically a deposit at signing, draws at framing, mechanical, drywall, and final walkthrough. We never ask for the final payment until you've walked the finished space and signed off on the punch list.

Two years on workmanship, on top of whatever the manufacturer warranties cover for the actual products installed. If something we built isn't right, we come back and fix it.

We do, but we're pretty selective so we can keep our renovation customers on schedule. Small repair work usually gets fit in between phases of bigger projects. Call us and we'll be honest about whether we're the right shop for it.
